I'd put up some pictures of the Jefferson Momument. I'm patriotic
and I like history so , I loved everything in DC. But this momument had a very reverent feeling inside it. I felt like I was in a temple. Sometimes I'm a little dramatic, but then Jason said he felt the same way--so I know it wasn't just me. We both were surprised that some of the quotes engraved on the walls mentioning 'God' are even still allowed to be there.
But they are still there, and everyone that came into the momument was very quiet and respectful.
